BABY&Me Try-on Reservation System Terms and Conditions
These terms of use are provided by Ascon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Our Company").BABY&MeThis sets the terms of use of the Try-on Reservation System (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and applies to the user and our company.
Article 1 Definition

Article 3: Changes to these Terms of Use

Article 5: Cancellation
The "Cancellation Registration Deadline" is set within this service.
2. Cancellation processing within this service orBABY&MeIf you are unable to come to try on your directly managed store without notifying you of cancellation (hereinafter referred to as "uncontact cancellation"),BABY&MeDirect stores may contact users by phone or email.
Article 6: Handling of personal information of users
Users agree that the Company acquires (collects) and holds personal information such as "name", "furigana", "postcode", "address", "email address", "telephone number (including mobile phone number)," "gender", and "date of birth" (including changes information that the Company has learned from receiving notifications from users after registration) and additional information (hereinafter referred to as "user information") in order to provide this service.
