Refund Policy

●Returns/Exchanges
・Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. However, we will accept returns for unopened products within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns, including shipping charges incurred at the time of ordering.
・Shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or image. Please check in advance by trying it on in store.
・If there is a defective item, incorrectly delivered item, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

[If we cannot accept returns]
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
・Opened products (including those only tried on)
・If the item is returned without prior notification
・If you cannot confirm your purchase history
・If the sent items (accessories, etc.) are lost

●Defective product
If there is a defective product such as damage or staining due to reasons not attributable to the customer, we will accept returns or exchanges for the product only within 7 days from the date the product arrives at the delivery destination.
We will bear the shipping costs for exchanging defective items and exchanging incorrectly delivered items.
Please note that if the item is returned without prior notification, we will not be able to accept the item.

In addition to the above, returns and exchanges of products shall be based on our company's separately established regulations.
