★About delivery and shipping charges

Credit card orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. (Excluding holidays)
Bank transfer → Shipment will be made after payment is confirmed. (Payment will be confirmed at 13:00 on business days)

Nationwide flat rate: 500 yen (tax included)
Free shipping on orders over 5,000 yen (tax included)

We cannot accept requests for delivery carriers. Thank you for your understanding.

★About gift wrapping
Wrapping and Noshi are free (excluding some products).
Please specify on the order screen.
We do not provide carrier bags or message cards.
★About returns and exchanges
- Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. However, we will accept returns for unopened products within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or image. Please check in advance at the try-on rental service or in-store.
- If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- Opened products (including those only tried on)
- If the item is returned without prior notification
- If you cannot confirm your purchase history
- If the sent items (accessories, etc.) are lost
●Defective product
If there is a defective product such as damage or staining due to reasons not attributable to the customer, we will accept returns or exchanges for the product only within 7 days from the date the product arrives at the delivery destination.
We will bear the shipping costs for exchanging defective items and exchanging incorrectly delivered items.
Please note that if the item is returned without prior notification, we will not be able to accept the item.
