Warranty regulations

1. The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase, regardless of the start of use or duration of use.

2. The warranty applies to those who reside in Japan.

3. If the product breaks down under the correct condition within the warranty period (using the instruction manual and the precautions such as the sewn-in label etc.), we will repair it for free.

 

About free repairs

1. Shipping charges will be borne for any requests other than those notifying you of an initial defect within 7 days of purchase.

2. Products and parts may be replaced due to repair circumstances.

3. Due to manufacturing circumstances, replacement products and parts may change from the original product.

4. The warranty period remains unchanged even after repairs.

 

Not covered by warranty

1. If you cannot confirm your purchase history

2. Deliberate or inadvertently malfunction or damage

3. Deformation, malfunction, or damage to parts due to incorrect use, unfair repairs, or modifications

4. Changes in appearance, such as natural deterioration of the product, fading due to washing, and fading due to aging.

5. Lost or damage due to natural or man-made disasters such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, floods, fires, thefts

6. If purchased through second-hand sales or personal sales

7. Other expenses other than this product (freight charges, replacement products, etc.)

 

Even during the warranty period, the following cases will be paid

1. Damage to buckles (upper buckles, waist buckles, connecting buckles, etc.)

2. Snap button damaged

3. In other cases, if the company reasonably determines that the repairs are reasonable for a fee
