Long-term rental service terms and conditions
These terms of use are provided by Ascon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Our company").6This sets the terms of use of a long-term rental service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") with a period of month, and applies to the user and our company.
Article 1 Definition
"User" means those who have agreed to these Terms of Use, applied for this Service, and have accepted the application by our company. However, if any of the following applies, the Company may cancel your application even if you have agreed to it. If the company has already received the payment, the refund will be made without interest.
(1) If it is discovered that the user has violated these Terms of Use in the past.
(2) If it is found that the application contents contain false matters.
(3) In other cases, if it is deemed inappropriate for the Company to accept the application.
2. "Product" refers to items sent to users for the purpose of rental when we perform this service.
Article 2: Regarding this Service
The Company shall rent (rental) products to users via the Internet based on these Terms of Use (including other rules and rules set out separately by the Company).
2. This service is intended for use in daily life.
Article 3: Changes to these Terms of Use
The Company may change these Terms of Use without prior notice to the User, and the User shall agree to these in advance. Please note that these terms and conditions published after the change will apply immediately.
2. Even if a user has lost profits pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable for any such loss of profit.
Article 4: Contents of this service
The provision of this service is limited to within Japan.
2. The product will be shipped to the user in accordance with the separately specified "Shipping Information" and the rental agreement will be concluded upon the time the product is shipped. However, if any of the following applies, we may reserve the shipping of the product.
(1) If a natural disaster such as a storm, earthquake, lightning strike, flood, typhoon, etc., logistics regulations, logistics problems, etc. is not attributable to our company, and it is deemed difficult to ship.
(2) If it falls under the proviso under Article 1, Paragraph 1.
(3) If the item is out of stock and cannot be shipped.
(4) If the user has obtained consent.
(5) In other cases, if the company determines that shipping is not possible.
3. The user will immediately open the packaging and other items after receiving the product, check the information form and instruction manual themselves, and if there is any damage or discrepancy in the product, contact us immediately, and after the product arrives7If you do not receive notification within the day, we will not be obligated to exchange or refund for such reasons.
4. We will cover the costs (delivery fees, etc.) for returning the product.
Article 5: Latest Fees
Except in cases where the purchase price has been confirmed by the user by the return date, if the Company is unable to confirm the return of the product even after the return date has passed, the Company may request the user the following:
(1) Users will be charged late fees after the return date (300circle×(for days).
(2) If the user is charged a late fee from the Company, the user must immediately transfer the late fee to the designated account. In that case, the transfer fee will be borne by the user.
2. If you do not pay late fees even after a certain period has passed, we may collect the late fees and the price of the product that have not been paid for by small claims lawsuits.
3. If the user falls under any of the previous sections, the Company may not grant any benefits to the user.
Article 6: Damage, Lost, and Theft of Products
Users are not responsible for damage, wear, or dirt within the scope of use specified in the instruction manual. However, if the user is deliberately or negligent, damage, wear and tear, etc. that are not expected to occur within the scope of use specified in the instruction manual, or if it is deemed unusable for use in the Service in the future or is disposed of, the user will be liable for compensation for the damages.
2. If a product is lost or stolen during the long-term rental period, the user is liable to compensate for the damages.
1.7Article: Disclaimer regarding this service
The Company will not be liable for any damages caused by the user due to long-term rental period, delayed delivery, or damage caused to a third party, regardless of the reason.
Article 8: Cancellation and returns
In the event of cancellations or returns due to user convenience, we will respond according to the table below.

(※1) Round-trip freight refers to the shipping costs from our company to the user and the shipping costs from our company to the company.
(※2) In this case, daily discount fees etc. will not be refunded to the user based on the remaining days, etc. (We will not refund the rental fees that were originally set.)
Article 9: Defective products and incorrect shipping
We inspect the product when shipping, but if there is any defective or incorrect product, the product will arrive after it arrives.7Users will contact us within the day. Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible after the event has passed.
Article 10: Handling of products
Users cannot have the product used by a third party, or dispose of it such as transfer, pawning, sublease, or occupying. 2. Users will not write names, marks, illustrations, etc. on the product, take product tags, change the color, disassemble or repair any modifications or processing such as disassembly. 3. Users are responsible for the duty of care when handling products.
Article 11: Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
Article 12: Regarding courts of competent jurisdiction
If a dispute arises between the user and the Company regarding these Terms of Use, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction of the first instance.
Article 13: Reasons for Belief
Any matters not specified in these Terms of Use and that arise in doubt regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be resolved in good faith between the user and the Company.
