Warranty policy
1. The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase, regardless of when or how long the product was used.
2. Warranty applies to those residing in Japan.
3. If the product breaks down during the warranty period under correct usage conditions (in accordance with the instruction manual and warnings such as the sewn-in label on the main body), we will repair it free of charge.
About free repair
1. You will be responsible for shipping charges unless you report an initial defect within 7 days of purchase.
2. Depending on the circumstances of repair, products or parts may be replaced.
3. Due to manufacturing circumstances, replacement products and components may differ from the original product.
4. The warranty period remains unchanged even after repair.
Warranty not covered
1. If you cannot confirm your purchase history
2. Malfunction or damage caused intentionally or inadvertently
3. Deformation, failure, or damage to parts due to incorrect use, improper repair, or modification.
4. Changes in appearance such as natural deterioration of the product, discoloration due to washing, and fading due to aging
5. Loss or damage caused by natural or man-made disasters such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, floods, fires, theft, etc.
6. If purchased through second-hand sales or private sales, etc.
7. Miscellaneous expenses other than this product (shipping fees, substitute products, etc.)
Even within the warranty period, the following cases will be handled for a fee.
1. Damage to buckles (upper buckle, waist buckle, connecting buckle, etc.)
2. Broken snap button
3. In other cases where our company reasonably determines that paid repairs are appropriate.
