BABY&Me try-on reservation system terms of use
These Terms of Use are provided by Ascon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").BABY&MeThese Terms and Conditions set forth the terms of use for the Try-On Reservation System (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and shall apply to both the User and the Company.
Article 1 Definition
"User" means a person who uses this service after agreeing to these Terms of Use. However, if any of the following apply, we may cancel your application even after the reservation has been accepted.
(1) If it is determined that the user has violated these Terms of Use in the past.
(2) If it is found that the application details contain false information.
(3) In other cases where the Company determines that the application is inappropriate.
2. "Immediate reservation" means that the reservation is confirmed as soon as the user completes the reservation operation using this service.
3. "Tentative reservation" means that the reservation is not confirmed at the time the user makes the reservation operation using this service.BABY＆MeThis refers to confirming a reservation through operations at a directly managed store.
4. ``Waiting for cancellation'' means that a reservation has been accepted but is on a waiting list for cancellation, and if another reservation is canceled, it will automatically become a ``reservation confirmed'' or a ``provisional reservation.''
Article 2 About this service
Based on these Terms of Use, our company will accept try-on requests from users over the Internet.
2. This service is limited to Japan.
3. Our company is free to change, suspend, or terminate the content of this service without obtaining the user's prior consent.
Article 3 Changes to these Terms of Use
The Company may change these Terms of Use without prior notice to the User, and the User shall consent to these in advance. Please note that the published Terms of Use shall apply immediately after the change.
2. Even if the User incurs lost profits due to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be responsible for any such loss.
Article 4 Contents of this service
Our company provides this service.24``Immediate reservation'', ``Temporary reservation'', and ``Cancellation waiting list'' will be accepted in the order of application.
2. Reservations using this service must be made by the user himself/herself, and reservations cannot be made by an agent.
3. The reservation capacity for this service shall be determined by this service.
4. The maximum try-on time that can be reserved using this service is one hour, and the time limit isBABY＆MeDuring the business hours of the directly managed store. However, if the store is temporarily closed, we may refuse to try it on even after making a reservation.
5. The fitting locations that can be reserved using this service are:BABY＆MeIt will be a directly managed store. Please note that the location of the directly managed store will be determined within this service.
6. "Reception start" and "Reception deadline" shall be determined within this service.
Article 5 Cancellation
The “cancellation reception deadline” shall be determined within this service.
2. Cancellation processing within this service, orBABY&MeIf you do not contact the directly managed store to cancel and cannot come to try on the item (hereinafter referred to as "cancellation without contact"),BABY&MeDirectly managed stores may contact users by phone, email, etc.
Article 6 Handling of users' personal information
In order for our company to provide this service, users are required to provide personal information such as "name", "furigana", "postal code", "address", "email address", "telephone number (including mobile phone number)", "gender", "date of birth", etc. You agree to the acquisition (collection) and retention of information (including change information learned by us after registration through notifications from users, etc.) and incidental related information (hereinafter referred to as "user information").
2. The user information acquired (collected) in accordance with the preceding paragraph will be retained by the Company in electromagnetic, optical, or written form after taking protective measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, and will be retained for a certain period of time after the provision of this service has ended, and will be disposed of or deleted after the purpose of use has ended.
3. The person responsible for handling personal information is the BABY&Me store manager.
Article 7 Use of user information
The user agrees that the Company may use the user information acquired (collected) and held pursuant to the preceding article for the following purposes during the service provision period of this service and for a certain period of time from the end of the service provision.
(1) To accept reservations (including changes to reservations) and cancellations
(2) To confirm the user's identity when trying on clothes
(3) To contact the user for confirmation in the event of cancellation without notice
(4) To manage users (including information registered as members)
(5) Providing products, services, events, advertisements, and various information from our company(Email etc.)to do
(6) To create statistical data
(7) To manage the operation of this service
(8) To provide information regarding suspension, suspension, etc. of the operation of this service.
(9) For communication regarding questionnaires, surveys, etc. related to the provision of various information such as event information
（10) For confirmation of the contents of user information received, notification of completion of reception, and management.
（11) To confirm the user's identity when contacting our company
（12) To notify users of the new purpose of use, etc. and obtain their consent.
（13) To carry out other incidental related work mentioned in the preceding items.
Article 8 Provision of users' personal information to third parties
Our company will not disclose or provide personal information acquired (collected) from users to third parties. However, this excludes cases that fall under any of the following.

(3) In the case of a request from a public office, such as a request from the police.
(4) When entrusting all or part of the handling within the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use
Article 9 Disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information

Input is optional. However, if you do not fill in the required fields, you will not be able to achieve the purpose of use.
Article 11 Cooperation with external systems
Processing within an external system linked to this service shall be subject to the terms of use, etc. of the external system.
Article 12 Business outsourcing
In providing this service to users, our company outsources user information, reservation management, system management, and other related tasks and administrative processing to third parties.
Article 13 Change, suspension, suspension of this service
Our company may change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the name and content of this service without prior notice to users for any reason.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the User resulting from changes, interruptions, or suspensions of the Service pursuant to the preceding paragraph.
Article 14 Prohibited acts
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service.
(1) Acts that interfere with the operation of this service or acts that slander it
(2) Acts where the user leaks or lends the user ID to a third party
(3) Acts that violate the property or privacy of our company or a third party
(4) Acts that violate public order and morals
(5) Act of making false notifications
(6) Acts of illegally viewing or using third party user information
(7) Acts of infecting computer viruses, etc.
(8) Acts that violate laws and regulations
(9) Also, acts that may cause the above (1) to (8).

Article 15 Prohibition of transfer, etc.
Users may not transfer their status as a user or the rights they have under these Terms of Use to a third party.
Article 16 User equipment, etc.
Users shall prepare communication equipment, software, communication lines, etc. necessary to use this service at their own expense, and shall confirm operation, connection, etc. at their own responsibility.
Article 17 Governing law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Article 18 Regarding the competent court
In the event that a dispute arises between a user and the Company regarding these Terms of Use, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
