These Terms of Use are provided by Ascon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").6These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms of use for long-term rental services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") for a period of one month, and shall apply to both the User and the Company.

Article 1 Definition
"User" means a person who has accepted these Terms of Use, applied for this service, and whose application has been accepted by the Company. However, if any of the following apply, we may cancel your application even if it has already been approved. If the Company has already received the payment, it will be refunded without interest.
(1) If it is determined that the user has violated these Terms of Use in the past.
(2) If it is found that the application details contain false information.
(3) In other cases where the Company deems it inappropriate to accept the application.
2. "Product" refers to the item that the Company sends to the User for the purpose of rental when performing the Service.

Article 2 About this service
The Company shall lend (rent) products to users via the Internet based on these Terms of Use (including other rules and regulations separately established by the Company).
2. This service is intended for use in daily life.

Article 3 Changes to these Terms of Use
The Company may change these Terms of Use without prior notice to the User, and the User shall consent to them in advance. Please note that the published Terms of Use shall apply immediately after the change.
2. Even if the User incurs lost profits due to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be responsible for any such loss.

Article 4 Contents of this service
The provision of this service shall be limited to Japan.
2. The product will be shipped to the user in accordance with the separately specified "Shipping Instructions", and the rental contract will be established at the time the product is shipped. However, if any of the following apply, we may withhold shipment of the product.
(1) If it is determined that shipping is difficult due to an event not attributable to our company, such as a natural disaster such as a storm, earthquake, lightning, flood, or typhoon, or logistics restrictions or logistics obstacles.
(2) If the proviso of Article 1, Paragraph 1 applies.
(3) If the product is out of stock and cannot be shipped.
(4) When the consent of the user is obtained.
(5) In other cases where our company determines that shipping is not possible.
3. The user shall immediately open the packaging, etc. after receiving the product, check the information sheet and instruction manual, etc. by himself/herself, and if there is any damage or discrepancy with the product, the user shall immediately contact the Company.7If we are not notified within a day, we will not be obligated to exchange or refund for that reason.
4. The cost of returning the product (delivery fees, etc.) shall be borne by the Company.

Article 5 About late fees
Unless the Company confirms that the purchase price has been received from the User by the return date, if the Company is still unable to confirm that the product has been returned after the return date, the Company may demand the following from the User.
(1) The user shall notify the Company of late fees after the return date (300yen×(for the number of days).
(2) If the user is requested by the Company for a late fee, the user must immediately transfer the late fee to the designated account. In that case, the transfer fee shall be borne by the user.
2. If the overdue fee is not paid after a certain period of time, the unpaid overdue fee and product price may be recovered through small claims court.
3. If a user falls under any of the preceding paragraphs, the Company may not grant benefits, etc. to the user.

Article 6 About damage, loss, and theft of products
The user shall not be held responsible for any damage, wear, or stains that occur within the scope of use specified in the instruction manual. However, if it is determined that the product cannot be used for this service in the future or is discarded due to the user's intention or negligence, damage or wear and tear that is not expected to occur within the scope of use specified in the instruction manual, the user will be responsible for compensating for the damage.
2. If the product is lost or stolen during the long-term rental period, the user will be responsible for compensating for the damage.

Our company is not responsible for any damage caused during the long-term rental period, damage suffered by the user due to delivery delays, or damage caused to a third party, regardless of the reason.

Article 8 Cancellation and Returns
In the case of cancellation or return due to the convenience of the user, our company will respond according to the table below.

(*1) Round-trip fare refers to the shipping cost from our company to the user, and the shipping cost from the user to our company.
(*2) In this case, we will not refund the daily rate based on the number of remaining days, etc. to the user. (The originally determined rental fee will not be refunded.)

Article 9 Regarding defective products and incorrect shipments
When shipping products, we conduct inspections, but in the unlikely event that there is a defective or incorrectly delivered product, we will notify you after the product arrives.7The User shall contact the Company within days. Please note that after this period, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Article 10: Handling of products
Users may not allow a third party to use the product, or dispose of it by transfer, pawn, sublease, transfer of ownership, etc. 2. Users shall not write names, marks, illustrations, etc. on products, remove product tags, change colors, disassemble, repair, or otherwise modify or process products in any way. 3. Users shall assume the duty of care as a prudent manager when handling the products.

Article 11 Governing law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 12 Regarding the competent court
In the event that a dispute arises between a user and the Company regarding these Terms of Use, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.

Article 13 Regarding the principle of good faith
Any matters that are not stipulated in these Terms of Use or matters that raise doubts about the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be resolved between the User and the Company in good faith.
